I am obsessed with hip-hop music. From the boom bap to the modern day trap, it's what moves me every day. Therefore my portfolio is designed in the theme of Genius.com, which originated as Rap Genius

Genius is a lyric website with annotations and interpretations of those lyrics. So if you don't know what Offset from Migos means when he says "Smokin on cookie in the hotbox", Genius is the place to go.
AD- "Advertising" or "Art Direction". Left for your interpretation. Hip-hop has given me a love for double entendres.
The first hip-hop album I got my hands on was DMX- Flesh of My Flesh, Blood of My Blood. I was seven.
I would replay the songs over and over until I would memorize the verses. I tried out for the talent show in second-grade rapping the song 'Slipping'. I dropped a couple of "bad words". I didn't get to perform on talent show day.

My parents wanted me to be a doctor. I thought that was my plan. I even graduated with a biology degree. Meanwhile, I was drawing pictures, writing raps, DJing on the ones and twos, playing the guitar, making films, whatever I could do to express myself. A creative space is where I feel I truly shine.
I'ma tell you like some G's told me, "Express Yourself". And That's what I intend to do.
I'm from Philadelphia (Shout out to Meek). No one likes us and we don't care. We are used to being underdogs and we love that. I love it.

My lofty goal is to help be part of a bigger creative movement in Philly. There's so much creativity already.
