CHALLENGE
To connect an audience of our choice to a global brand in a way that wasn't possible three years ago
INSIGHT
Sometimes people would like a friend to offer help, but will not be proactive in seeking that help.
Studies show that signs of depression and dangerous behavior towards oneself can be detected by subtleties in one's voice.
IDEA
Create a service with Google Assistant's voice recognition and natural language analysis to help those dealing with mental
health issues
VOICE ACTIVATED
Google Friend will be available on all devices that use Google Assistant voice activation.
MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE
Google Assistant will prompt you and ask if you would like to use it's Google Friend Service. It will also ask you if you would like to add an emergency contact.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Google Friend will recommend activities to improve mental health when it detects that you are down. Activities may include but not limited to outdoor activities, restaurants, healthy recipes, gyms.
EMERGENCY CONTACT
When Google Friend detects a more serious mental issue, it will contact your emergency contact and prompt them to call you. If Google Friend senses danger, it will have professional help contact you.
